Weight Scale

The sensors on the BlueCare scale are located at the bottom of the product.
If there are buffers such as mats and lugs on the floor, the weight will be dispersed and the weighing will fail.

The Blue Care scale has an autozeroing function. The product is located on a floor that does not affect measurement (a hard, non-slope floor).
Put it down and after the autozero adjustment process (CAL and 0 are expressed on the LED), raise it with the screen off.
If you have performed a normal weight measurement and the measurements are different each time, please contact BlueCare.

The BlueCare scale is certified to be accurate enough to pass the precision measuring instrument calibration test.
Quality is tested by increasing standard variation (standard weight weights determined by KS) at the time of assembly and shipment of the product.
It may be a change in your body or the figure on your scale that you already have cannot be guaranteed to be accurate.
If you need further consultation, please contact the Customer Service Office.

Ultrasonic Height Device

The ultrasonic height meter will produce an error if there is an obstacle under the ultrasonic wave, or only the figure up to the obstacle
will be measured. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the normal measurement method and make sure that there are no obstacles
under the ultrasonic sensor. Please measure out of your seat so that you don’t become an obstacle.

Ultrasonic waves vary in their progression depending on the ambient temperature due to the nature of sound waves.
The stable measurement is satisfactory at room temperature (between 15 and 28 degrees Celsius).
The figures are set to come out. Please take this into consideration.

See the correct usage for Hi-Chek Height Device.

                            1. Make the child lean against the wall without inclination on the flat floor.
                            2. Place the Hi-Chek ultrasonic sensor underneath (white bottom) to the child’s head and fix it to the wall with your hand.
                            3. With the Hi-Chek measuring instrument fixed horizontally to the floor,  Please make sure to let your child escape from under Hi-Chek.
(Please clear away all obstacles to the progress of ultrasound.)
※ Infants who find it difficult to measure in a standing position should place their feet on the wall while lying on the floor.
After putting a Hi-Chek on the position of the child’s head, measure it against the wall. If the baby has trouble with the progress of ultrasound,
please make sure to move it to another place before measuring.

App

The BlueCare Smart Weight Scale and BlueCare Family App provide systematic pregnancy weight management for pregnant women.
For pregnant women and adults, hand-write input of weights in APP is limited if there is no link to the BlueCare smart weight scale.
If you want to check the standard growth of teenagers and infants, you can enter your weight manually even if you purchase the Hi.Chek Ultrasonic Height Device.

If you use the BlueCare Family app ver3.0 or higher, you can save data on the server with the ID and password you set up,
and you can also use the newly installed app. You can call a date with the same ID and password. Use it with peace of mind.
